Payment for our services is due as outlined in the agreement between Rivr House LLC and the Client. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and designs, related to the services provided by Rivr House LLC remain the property of Rivr House LLC. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables produced by Rivr House LLC for their intended purpose.

Confidentiality

Rivr House LLC agrees to keep confidential all information provided by the Client that is not publicly available. The Client agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information provided by Rivr House LLC.

Limitation of Liability

Rivr House LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
